General Information: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of your selected course. Unfortunately, late arrivals will be unable to attend the training session. Various breaks will be given throughout the day and one 30 min lunch break (full day participants only). We encourage you to bring lunch and enjoy your break on the back deck overlooking the lake or CAFÉ on South Bay is located a short walk away if you wish to purchase lunch or a coffee. **Our kitchen facilities are currently closed due to the current environment. **We recommend you wear comfortable clothing suitable for the practical requirements of the training. Please note, smoking is not permitted in the Sports House and its surrounding outdoor spaces. Free parking available in car park adjoining building or street parking.
