scrub up September with first aid accident and emergency

As part of the first aid community here on the Gold Coast, the team at First Aid Accident and Emergency are always happy to jump on board when it comes to supporting initiatives to help those in the community who need a bit of extra help.

This month, the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation is asking all of us Gold Coast businesses, schools and organisations to ‘Scrub Up’ for a day and wear ‘scrub gear’ to raise awareness and fundraise for patients in hospital care who need extra help with their recovery or care.

On Thursday 14 September, our FAAE HQ was awash in with aqua, blue and scrub gear to show our support and do our bit to raise awareness for this great cause.

In addition, any participant of one of our courses at Varsity Lakes during September will have $1.00 from their first aid course fee donated to the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation.

It’s a worthy cause and we encourage everyone to get behind it.
